La Maisonnée is a typical long house built in granite stone at the end of the 19th century, this old farmhouse is located in the heart of the village of Genêts. Organised from Genêts, we find all crossing of the bay departures for Mont Saint-Michel. Composed of a rental part, the "Maisonnette" and a private part, the "Genête". Keeping in with the countryside spirit of the vintage years, the Maisonette is 80m2 spread over 2 floors. This furnished apartment can accommodate a family of up to 5 people. Fully equipped, the accommodation includes an equipped kitchen, a large living room with TV and Wi-Fi, a shower and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with 3 single beds, one of which is removable (practical for accommodating children under 3), a bathroom with bathtub and an additional private toilet. The cottage also has a small garden overlooking the “Lerre”, a small stream that crosses the village. "
