La Bergère du Val offers raw milk, local and farmhouse cheeses and yoghurts, produced in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. The ewes graze on the meadows around the sheepfold and eat the hay harvested from the grasslands.
As ewes have a short, seasonal lactation period, products are on sale from March to November.
