Our commitments to quality :

The Tourist Office has been classified in Category I (level of excellence of the national classification) since May 6, 2022, for a period of 5 years.
The classification of Tourist Offices guarantees consistency and homogeneity across the services that Tourist Offices offer to visitors throughout the various holiday destinations in France.

Set up by the Ministry for French tourism, this classification is composed of 3 categories: from Category I (highest) to Category III. The various ranking criteria ensure that the same basic services are provided to meet visitors’ key needs.

The difference between the 3 levels indicates the provision of additional services, the activities carried out, their scope and the means available within each Tourist Office in order to continually improve the welcoming, advice and satisfaction of tourist customers.

OUR COMMITMENTS TO QUALITY

The Tourist Office has been held the Qualité Tourisme™ label since 1 April 2019.
Quality Tourisme™ is the only government label awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their welcome and services.
