Restaurant created in 2022 in the green setting of the Parc circuit: its dining room and panoramic terrace overlook the karting track. The restaurant offers fast food, mainly home-made, as well as aperitif platters and daily specials.
During the year, outside the school year, the menu offers a selection of workers' menus. And for groups, seminars and works councils, different menus are available.
Tom is the manager and head chef. A native of the Coutances area, he has spent 15 years in the winter season, and is keen to capitalize on the culinary know-how of the Manche region as well as his experience in Savoyard cuisine.
