In his artisanal distillery, he opens the doors to a gourmet universe born of honey: mead transformed into eau-de-vie, the famous Saint-Georges, then declined into a unique aperitif, the Pommielot, a subtle marriage of apple juice and honey eau-de-vie. You'll also discover vinegars, sweets and original recipes, the fruit of his boundless imagination.
