2026, International Year of Women Farmers!
Héroïnes (Heroines) is freely inspired by the words of women farmers in the Pays de Redon and Pays de Fougères, and by Françoise Legendre?s La Nappe blanche (The White Sheet).
Cécile has come to give a lecture on the life of women in agriculture from the 20th century to the present day, and drifts off to find answers to her questions in the lives of women farmers. Through the eyes of these heroines, this show raises the question of our common future.
