Our family distillery, founded in 1937, is located a few kilometers from Mont-Saint-Michel, in Normandy, in the heart of the AOC Calvados region.
We harvest over forty varieties of cider apples and pears just a few kilometers from our distillery, and control our entire production process: from the natural fermentation of our ciders, through distillation in our 3 copper stills, to aging in our French oak barrels.
Our craft is first and foremost one of tradition, love and patience, but we also attach great importance to innovation to give our Calvados its unique character.
The tour takes in our distillery and ageing cellars, where we explain to visitors the secrets behind the making of our Calvados.
The tour continues with a tasting of 3 products: calvados, pommeau, apple liqueur or gin. Not available for school groups.
