The apartment is part of a stone longère, a typical Norman farmhouse.

A separate entrance leads directly into the bright and spacious kitchen-living room, which features a dining table and a cozy living area. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, and refrigerator, as well as numerous kitchen utensils, there is a smart TV and board games for enjoyable evenings in front of the wood-burning stove.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. In the second bedroom, the single bed can be pulled out to create a 1.60 m wide sleeping surface.

The small shower room offers everything you need.

You can enjoy balmy summer evenings on the terrace in front of the entrance.

In addition to the farm’s own chickens, sheep, and cats, regular visits from deer, owls, buzzards, and many other wild animals are a daily occurrence. A small lake, sheltered by trees, completes the idyllic setting.

The house is located about 100 meters from the road and is accessible via a private road.
