Family farm in southern Manche, on the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.

Calves, cows, sheep: since 1924, we've been in the 4th generation of the Cahorel family at Ferme du Bienheureux. Since August 2021, we've been transforming the milk from our Normandy cows into farmhouse Camembert de Normandie PDO cheese: the only one in the Manche region. And since 2024, we've been making Pont-L'Evêque PDO!

Open to visitors all year round: the transformation process is visible from outside the cheese dairy through large windows. Explanatory panels explain the camembert-making process, the specific characteristics of this farm and its milk, and the history of this place since 1924.

Our products are on display in an open-access store, 7 days a week, as we offer self-service sales based on trust.
