On the second floor of an old house entirely renovated and decorated with care :
- Bedroom n°1: Very beautiful 14m² guest room with a magnificent 7m² private en-suite bathroom, all comforts with WC and Italian shower.
- Room n°2: Beautiful 11m² room with en-suite bathroom. Available with a choice of a king-size double bed or 2 twin beds.
Top-quality bedding! Thick pocket-spring mattresses, comforters and two pillows per person.

Large 600m² flower-filled garden + large terrace-pergola, quiet and sheltered from the wind.

The house is also occupied by 2 very cuddly cats: Salsa and Zouk will be delighted to welcome you.

Modern, very comfortable rooms, equipped with keys, suitcase racks + closet + chairs + small tables + kettle + tea set (with tea bags/infusions/soluble coffee).

Reinforced insulation (quiet, cool in summer and warm in winter). 20° temperature guaranteed!

Passenger access

Interior: Free/shared access to the beautiful living room with open kitchen, bar and table.
Limited/shared access to the kitchen for basic, fast cooking.
Perishables can be stored in the fridge and ice packs in the freezer

Outside: Free/shared access to garden and terrace, with dining area: large table, garden chairs and pergola
Smokers: wall-mounted ashtray available on the terrace in the staircase leading to the garden, please keep smoke away from windows :)
Communs shared with the host and possibly the occupants of the 2nd bedroom

During your stay
Greet each guest in person.
Discreet and available at home to offer assistance throughout your stay from 5 to 10 pm and during breakfast service. I'm very responsive online and full of good advice :)

Breakfast (start of service from 7:30, until 9:30 - order the day before!) I offer 2 formulas:

*Continental breakfast* (included in the room rate).
Baguette + 1 croissant + variety of tea or coffee, or chocolate and a wide choice of jam + honey on site.

*Full breakfast* 15? supplement per person
Baguette + 1 croissant + tea, coffee or chocolate + butter and a wide choice of jams + honey + müesli + fromage frais/yaourts + fresh seasonal fruit + fried eggs + bacon + roasted tomato + thin slice of chicken ham and cheese + 1 freshly squeezed orange juice

While it's understandable from the comments that walking isn't always popular, most of my visitors appreciate the free use of my private parking lot, as well as the proximity of my house to both restaurants (a 5-minute walk), and the pedestrian walkway on the riverbank (a lovely walk along the river "Le Couesnon" that leads straight (and flat) to Mont Saint-Michel in a 1-hour walk or to the free shuttle buses a 30-minute walk away.
My house is 5 minutes from this walk.
Classic and electric bikes are also available for hire on my street.
