Ferme Pivette et Palorette is a family-run business. Olivier and his son Alexis raise 80 cows.
In 2015, they set up a yogurt factory, to add value to their farm's organic milk by transforming it into yogurts, dessert creams, rice puddings, fromage frais, creme brulee and butter.
Their products are then distributed in department stores, specialist stores and catering outlets. At the same time, they also joined the "Invitation à la ferme" network of French farmers.
Every first Wednesday of the month, an open milking session is organized from 4:30 to 5:30 pm, to let the public discover their working and breeding methods.
