The Academy of Viola da Gamba, Early Music and Voice at the Mortain-Bocage School of the Arts welcomes lyric artists and musicians from the Lachrimae Consort d?amour.
Gambist Philippe Foulon joins counter-alto countertenor Alexis Vassiliev to recreate the orchestra d?amour developed by Antonio Vivaldi and his Venetian contemporaries in the 18th century. A performance of rare virtuosity, not to be missed.
