Our restaurant l'Arômatique opened on March 1, 2025 in Saint-Jean-le-Thomas, on the bay of Mont Saint-Michel. We serve bistronomic cuisine featuring fresh, local produce and original flavors. We offer a 30? menu that changes every month, as well as a 25? menu available during the week. There are also a number of à la carte dishes: homemade duck foie gras, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. To discover: house cocktails, local drinks, desserts made by our pastry chef, pleasant terrace in season.
